We all have chance to experience amazing events in life. For BYU-Idaho student they had a chance to see and feel the difference between some events. They had a chance to be able to go on the school sponsored Nauvoo trip that brought them to Independence Missouri. Here they were able to experience the difference between the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-dat Saint and the Community of Christ. These two church has a common ancestry yet have gone different directions. Students and faculty share their experience and what they felt different for themselves.

I was able to attend this trip myself and this is where I found these students. As I talked with them they had a common feeling that there was a major difference in the feeling between our churches. I thought it was be a great idea to capture some of the ideas and feelings that they had and share them with other students who didn't have a chance to come.
Also, student found it interesting that the spirit was strongest at Carthage Jail ( the location that the prophet Joseph Smith died) than it was at the place where Joseph and his wife and brother were buried. It was, as they noted, that the body might lie in one area but his spirits rest in another.
